August 3, 2010 - Yucca Valley City Councel agrees to 3 Year Term for CAMS. Effective Septempber 3rd, 2010, CAMS will be allowed to operate under the watchful eye
of the town for an additional three years. Under the terms of the agreement, we will be relocating our offices
to a new location. This location is larger and is in the process of renovation to suit our needs. We will inform
everyone prior to moving our operations to the new location. For safety and security, we are not making the address
readily available at this time. Once all the security and safety items and procedures are established, we
will annouce the specific address. As for the ordinance the town enacted, it prevents any other dispensary from
starting or operating within city limits. While it is unfortunate that the town has taken this approach to medical marijuana, at
least they have the foresight to allow some access now for affected patients.
